We are delighted to announce that AdviceUK’s new campaign #AdviceSaves will launch in our first ever Advice Week that will take place Monday 21 October – Friday 25 October 2024.
The #AdviceSaves campaign aims to raise awareness of AdviceUK and the fantastic work of its members across England, Scotland and Wales. It will highlight the key challenges faced by advice-giving organisations and call for policy change to support the advice sector.
AdviceUK members will receive a campaign toolkit to help get involved in the campaign, including resources such as posters, social media graphics and ideas for raising awareness locally.
To support the launch of the campaign we have launched the #AdviceSaves Big Six Questions survey. This survey aims to provide a snapshot of the key challenges facing the advice sector right now. We will use the results through the #AdviceSaves campaign to shine the spotlight on our members’ work and campaign for lasting change.
“Everyone working or volunteering in social welfare advice organisations deserves recognition for the incredible work they do. Their work transforms lives for people in their communities, providing life-changing advice to people in crisis.
The #AdviceSaves campaign will help to elevate the profile of the work advice-giving organisations do and call for action to support the work of our members.” – AdviceUK Chief Executive Liz Bayram
We had a brilliant response from members, feeding into our Advice Saves Campaign Report. Thank you to all who took the time to complete our survey.
Check out the results of the report and more on our Advice Saves Campaign Page.
