Day 2 – Advice – The Process – 26th Jan 2021, 10am – 12.30pm
Day 3Handling Difficult Client Situations – 28th Jan 2021, 10am – 12.45pm
(This course is recommended alongside day 1 and day 2 of our Advice Skills Plus section of the programme, but can be attended separately)
