Online Course programme:

Day 1 & Day 2 –The Background and The Process – 12th & 18th May 2021, 10am – 12.30pm (both dates must be attended)
Day 3Handling Difficult Client Situations – 20th & 25th May 2021, 10am – 12.30pm both dates (both of which must be attended, but can be done as a separate course)
Day 4 Student Advice – An Overview – 27th May & 8th June 2021, 10am – 1pm both dates (both dates must be attended)
