This is an exciting opportunity to join our team under our new organisational structure. We have several vacancies for our new Team Leader roles, which will play an integral part in moving our organisation forward. We are looking for experienced and proactive individuals who are seeking the next challenge in their career path to join our team who have in-depth benefit, debt or generalist knowledge. Based at our offices in Paddington, the post holders will be pivotal in ensuring that an effective advice service is provided to clients in the benefit, debt and generalist areas. They will also play a key role in engaging with our stakeholders through delivering presentations, talks and written reports.
The Ideal Candidates
The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal appropriately with a cross section of people including potentially difficult clients whilst maintaining a professional approach. Self-motivated, with strong IT skills, the post holders will be confident in leading a small team, ensuring that team members are effectively supported, developed and performance managed in order to build a cohesive and efficient team. A minimum of 3 years’ (full-time equivalent) post-certificate experience of providing good quality, in-depth casework on the full range of your specialism (benefits, debt or generalist) is essential, with the ability to share and contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach to service delivery. A commitment to working in a multi-cultural environment is vital.
