West Midlands

AdviceUK has around 60 members in the West Midlands, most of which work in local communities across the region. Many AdviceUK members are using Big Lottery funding to improve co-ordination of advice services alongside other advice organisations in their area.

If you are running an advice service or thinking of setting one up, you can contact us on 0300 777 0107 or development@adviceuk.org.uk to find out how AdviceUK can help you.

AdviceUK helps members with a range of issues including:

  • Funding and income generation
  • Planning and strategy development
  • Commissioning and procurement
  • Governance
  • Service improvement and quality

Members have access to support on a range of management issues as well as accredited learning and vocational training.

Designing outside-in

How well do you know what really matters to the people who use your service? AdviceUK’s Systems Thinking approach to service design takes you beyond ‘customer satisfaction’ to radically re-thinking your purpose and how you deliver it. Interested?
