We have a number of development opportunities for professionals who are the front face of advice organisations. Our training courses have been designed by the sector for the sector, and are focussed on giving you the knowledge and skills you need to perform effectively in your role.
NVQ Certificate in Customer Service is the recognised qualification for professionals who deal directly with the public and we are proud to offer this at Level 2 for reception staff.
If you are new to your role or are volunteering, you will find Key Skills for Reception Workers will give you opportunities to practise and develop excellent communication skills. You may be experienced and have a wealth of knowledge, but want to sharpen up your skills in which case Dealing with Difficult Client Situations will give you strategies for dealing with anxious and vulnerable clients.
