Legal Advice qualifications

Level 2

In Supporting Legal Advice Provision is aimed primarily at staff who meet and greet clients, ascertain the problem and agree with the client the best course of action, which may be to refer the client to someone else.

Level 3

Is aimed at frontline advisers. These are defined as people who will explore the client's problem in some detail, provide appropriate advice within their level of responsibility and may prepare cases for court or tribunal, but would be unlikely to present cases. They may also refer the client to someone else.

Level 4

Is aimed at specialist advisers; those who have wide experience in the advice sector and specialist knowledge of at least one area of legal advice. They may also be involved in the preparation of cases at court or tribunal.

Level 3

£1,360 - AdviceUK Members

£1,690 + VAT - All others (Statutory/Commercial)

Level 4

£1,560 - AdviceUK Members
£1,725 + VAT - Non-Members (Voluntary Sector)
£1,950 + VAT - All others (Statutory/Commercial)
