Our courses and qualifications are geared towards staff and volunteers in the advice sector. Our trainers and assessors have a wealth of practical knowledge, and many have worked in the sector so can deliver according to your needs.

We offer a broad range of relevant courses and qualifications. Our ‘flagship’ course is the industry-standard 11-day ‘Learning to Advise’ programme. We also offer the highly regarded ‘Effective Supervision for Managers’, Assessor & Verifier qualifications, ‘Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector’, a range of vocational qualifications and much more!

Where?

The majority of our training takes place at our head office in central London. Courses are also delivered regionally where there is demand. Or why not commission us to deliver training at your organisation, with courses tailored to meet your needs?
