Development User Group

The development users group (DUG) was set by AdviceUK and Resolution Case Management to allow users to shape the future development of AdvicePro. The DUG is entirely made up of AdvicePro users who reflect all the users on the system. Debt, Immigration, Housing, Legal, LSC, Welfare and SUs are some of the areas of advice represented.

Any user’s view can be put forward onto the DUG's agenda and will be considered at the next meeting, they meet every quarter. Please see your next AdvicePro newsletter for the dates of the next meeting. Any ideas, comments, suggestions should be emailed to advicepro@adviceuk.org.uk with 'DUG' in the subject.
