Resource Guide: Prove your worth using ASA's new outcome resources

ASA has published comprehensive new guidance on how advice agencies can collect information about the outcomes of their work.

The agencies we worked with said that collecting outcomes helped them to:
 
• demonstrate to funders their impact on clients' well-being
• show how advice can help their Local Strategic Partnership to achieve its aims
• identify areas for internal quality improvement
• give staff a boost by enabling clients to express how much they value their work

Their guidance tells you everything you need to know about designing surveys, choosing questions, selecting participants and holding focus groups. It contains questionnaires used by advice agencies and an easy tool for analysing your survey results.
