Objectives

At the end of this training you will

  • Be able to identify danger signals and predict behaviours
  • Be able to use strategies for avoiding and minimising personal safety risks
  • Have learned hints and tips on taking care of personal safety
  • Understand the use of risk assessment
  • Be able to protect yourself with both words and actions
