We are looking for a full time Partnership Quality Manager working across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland to improve the quality of debt advice within the East Midlands Money Advice (EMMA) partnership.
The EMMA partnership is a network of 22 advice agencies across the East Midlands which receive funding from the Money Advice Service to deliver debt advice services. The Community Advice and Law Service is the Lead Organisation for the EMMA partnership.
You will report to the Executive Director, working closely with other Quality Officers across the UK and the Money Advice Service. You will be responsible for improving the provision of consistent good quality debt advice, and will work to support EMMA partners to make improvements through supporting the implementation and ongoing facilitation of project quality assurance and improvement processes, that support compliance with the grant agreement; you will work to identify and share good practice and learning to support improvement and development of services across the EMMA partnership.
The successful candidate will have expert knowledge and proven ability in delivering/monitoring debt advice, as well as experience in monitoring and evaluating performance through case checking and supervision. You will also be able to identify learning and development needs, and identify service needs and find solutions.
As this post covers a large geographical area, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to locations across the East Midlands and will need to be able to work remotely and/or from home as required.
