Another CLAN bites the dust
The five councils in Gloucestershire that were working with the Legal Services Commission (LSC) to jointly procure a Community Legal Advice Network (CLAN) have decided to defer the proposal until 2012. This is the latest set-back for the LSC. It follows deferral of joint commissioning in Bridgend, Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan earlier this year pending a study into possible alternatives.
