Don't Cut Discrimination Advice

Current government proposals mean that in future there will be no funding for face-to-face advice on discrimination apart from that funded, for thiose eligible, by legal aid. Any other discrimination advice that is available will only be accessible by telephone. 

The Government announced in December 2011 that it would not replace Equality and Human Rights Commission funding for face to face discrimination advice that is due to expire in March 2012.
