We are seeking to recruit an adviser to join our small team of specialist money advice caseworkers giving advice including in-depth casework support to residents throughout the borough. Citizens Advice is a significant part of a cohesive and vibrant voluntary sector in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We deliver a well-established and innovative range of services through two main offices and a range of outreach locations.
You will possess:
- One year’s full-time or part-time equivalent recent experience of money advice casework;
- strong numerical and financial skills;
- well-developed communication skills;
- experience of using a computer-based recording and monitoring system
- the ability to manage your workload, working to targets in a pressured environment.
Being a DRO registered intermediary and experience of having worked under MAS funding are desirable.
