As an Income Maximisation and Wellbeing Adviser you’ll use your positive attitude and your knowledge of the welfare system to deliver comprehensive advice to members of the nursing community facing changes to their circumstances and financial challenges.

Your primary role is to ensure that our customers are aware of their benefit entitlements and explore other options around increasing their income and reducing expenditure so they can meet their outgoings in the longer-term. You will also assess individuals for charitable funding and make recommendations for direct grant funding.

In this role you’ll look beyond the financial and use listening and coaching techniques to support and empower individuals to initiate change to improve their overall wellbeing. You’ll work with customers to identify other relevant support services, such as counselling, career coaching and debt advice, that will enable them to receive holistic support tailored to their needs.
