What is the Board?

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the management and administration of AdviceUK. It makes sure our income is only used for the purposes agreed in the governing documents and is responsible for resources within the organisation. The Trustees must  act in the best interests of the organisation at all times and ensure that the organisation stays within the law. Day to day management of the organisation is delegated to the Chief Executive and staff while the Board focuses on strategic issues.

The Board meets seven times a year and deals with issues such as the organisation's budget, annual plan, staffing and remuneration and policies.
