Annual General Meeting
The AdviceUK Annual General Meeting is held each year at our Annual Conference. The AGM is our members' opportunity to hear a review of the organisation's financial position and its activities over the previous year. The Board and the Auditor are there to answer any questions members may have. Resolutions proposed by members prior to the AGM will be voted on at the meeting. Co-opted Trustees whose term of office has expired can also stand for re-election at the AGM. While the AGM is a business meeting it is also a good opportunity for members to meet both the Board of Trustees and members from other AdviceUK regions.
The 2009 AGM was held at our Conference on the 1st October and minutes of the meeting and a list of attendees are attcahed below.
